2008 Golf Tournament on July 11
A great day of golf awaits on Friday, July 11, 2008, when the Mohonasen Foundation sponsors its annual golf tournament. Foursomes, pairs and individuals are welcome to join the fun at Briar Creek Golf Course on Pangburn Road in Rotterdam.

Golf Chairperson Bill Baker, retired Mohonasen Athletic Director, has a tourney line-up that will suit you to a "tee!"

The day begins at 10 a.m. with a shotgun start. A light lunch is provided on the course.

An early buffet dinner follows play. Great prizes from past years have included complete sets of golf clubs, individual clubs, weekend trips, golf accessories, food baskets, gift certificates and generous prizes from area merchants. Your chance for winning a prize is high.

This day of golf is the main funding for the Mohonasen Foundation. All proceeds are dedicated to support education at Mohonasen through grants for academic projects and programs that benefit students at every age and grade level. The $90 entry fee ($35 qualifies as donation to a not-for-profit group) covers greens fees, carts, lunch and dinner.

Sponsorships
If you can't play, you can still contribute to the golf tournament by being a sponsor. Sponsors are advertised in the program, on the course, on tables and on our Web site. Corporate, table, cart and tee sponsorships are available. Program advertisements are also available to businesses and individuals who wish to contribute. Donations of goods and services are very much appreciated.

Sponsorship must be received by July 3, 2008 in order to receive recognition in the program. Contact Bill to become a sponsor of our 2008 tournament.
